These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of the bottle offered by Hooyo Gifts (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Product Description

HOOYO GIFTES offers a single, one-of-one perfume bottle (“the Bottle”). Because only one Bottle exists, it can be acquired by one buyer only, and the listing will be removed once it sells.

Pricing & Payment

The price is shown in US dollars on this site. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are processed securely through Stripe. Zelle is offered as a manual alternative and is confirmed individually before the sale is finalized.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment error. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and design — is the property of Hooyo Gifts and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hooyo Gifts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the Bottle.
